Terrible customer experience. I made an appointment for my daughter, who had to leave school early to arrive before closing time. They did not have the doctor’s order (I assume not their fault, but crazy that they have no ability to share among different locations, assuming the doctor sent to the wrong location), so I had to call the doctor’s office to have the orders sent over. Avoid this place at all cost if you do not want the headache of inconvenience for parking, traffic, and pay for parking. Employment drug screen shuts down at 3 pm. They WILL NOT take you in a minute past 3 pm.

I was 8 weeks pregnant and experiencing bleeding while traveling in Atlanta. My doctor sent stat lab orders to Quest at Emory so I could avoid an ER visit and get prompt testing. When I arrived, the receptionist/nurse told me they could not see the order and refused to accept the emailed order option I’d used here before. I was told that the only option they accept is a fax!!! Brandi, the lab technician that assisted me provided exceptional customer service. My physicians office entered the incorrect patient data (my DOB) which caused my lab order to not appear in Quest’s platform. Instead of sending me on my way, Brandi suggested I call my physician’s office but they couldn’t resolve the issue. Brandi was very patient and noticed that my DOB was entered incorrectly. I was referred by my endocrinologist to get labs done. Not that these reviews matter.. I checked in online and was told I’d get a text. No text. So I re-checked in at the kiosk and was told I was late and would have to be a walk in. I waited an hour in a sparse waiting room before I knocked on the door.. to be fair, the door says don’t knock.. but the window says to get a hold of staff if you are having trouble signing in.
