First and LAST time. Arrived for the first time at a Quest lab 5 minutes after opening(7am) and saw 2 people in the waiting room and no one behind the counter at reception just a single sign-in kiosk. Apparently Quest doesn't take walk-ins because when I used the kiosk to sign-in I could only schedule an appointment that was more than 5 hours away from when I arrived. I'd rather go to a free clinic and wait for labs.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO ARGUING THE PATIENTS. ALL THEY THINK ABOUT IS BILLING INSTEAD OF EXPLAINING THE BILL. THEY LIKE TO THREAT YOU, SAYING IF YOU DON'T PAY YOUR BILL THEY WILL PUT YOU IN COLLECTION. AWFUL SERVICES.
I did not have an appointment and I was taken within 15 minutes of arriving. The place was very clean and the technician was very cheerful and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else
The lady who was taking my blood kept pushing the needle in my arm, this is the end result.
