I didn't have an appt and still I was taken within 10 minutes so I was fortunate. The phlebotomist was very pleasant and good at her job which always helps. This location is the best Quest location in my area. Always better to make an appt tho but for this one I couldn't.
First and LAST time. Arrived for the first time at a Quest lab 5 minutes after opening(7am) and saw 2 people in the waiting room and no one behind the counter at reception just a single sign-in kiosk. Apparently Quest doesn't take walk-ins because when I used the kiosk to sign-in I could only schedule an appointment that was more than 5 hours away from when I arrived. I'd rather go to a free clinic and wait for labs.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO ARGUING THE PATIENTS. ALL THEY THINK ABOUT IS BILLING INSTEAD OF EXPLAINING THE BILL. THEY LIKE TO THREAT YOU, SAYING IF YOU DON'T PAY YOUR BILL THEY WILL PUT YOU IN COLLECTION. AWFUL SERVICES.
