Using a flimsy plastic drinking cup with a lid is so gross and very unprofessional of your company! I have NEVER seen this in my 57 years of being to doctors! I would imagine it could even be reported to the health department for unsafe practices for specimen containment. I hope the next time I am in there, I see that you have the proper equipment in place for specimen containment.

I have been going to the Hibiscus location and every time has been wonderful. They are efficient, friendly, helpful, and it has always been a painless experience. For all of my life it has been hard for people to find my veins, however when going to this location to do lab work, they have found it on the first try EVERY time. I am grateful for this team of people.
