I'll never go to this one again. The first time was wonderful at night really enjoyed speaking to the girl that drew my blood. The second time, The girl drawing my blood, I can tell she was in a bad mood when I went in. I even smiled and asked her how she was doing today and she was kind of banging things around. And I asked her if she was mad at me for something and she said no. I said good because I certainly wouldn't want you to draw my blood if you're upset with me for something. First tried to schedule an appointment on line at LabCorp.. couldn't do it... so decided to just drive over.. holy hanna.. like 9 people waiting.. so left and went to Quest Diagnostics.. WOW... awesome.. 1 person ahead of me.. signed in got in within 7 mins.. Yulando the lab tech.. 100+ very nice.. 110% recommend Quest Diagnostics. Now.. I know they were not busy this time.. but I was there back in May and had a great experience then too.. And i did not make an appointment.. just walked in.
Horribly rude and anti customer service. Their system mis-scanned my insurance card and they tried to charge an insurance I haven't had for 12 years which of course failed so I got a lovely, nasty letter in the mail about how I owed a bunch of money. When I went in to try to rectify it, no one was willing to talk to me. Just a large woman that aggressively told me that I had checked okay when I put my insurance card into the kiosk. I’ve NEVER had to wait more than a couple min. In & Out every time. I’m ALWAYS a walk in ♀️. I (for obvious reasons) DON’T go when it’s lunch time. They open early enough to be able to get in & out. Staff is very friendly ‼️☺️
