The techs at Quest Labs are empathetic, sympathetic, and extremely accommodating. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They treat me like a human being in a vulnerable moment, not a number or a "Next!". I forgot my test orders and I ran home to get them and when I came back, the tech who originally saw me got me in right away. The techs must also get some type of psychology training because they somehow know what to say to keep their patients calm and relieve the stress or tension that they may be feeling.
