We made appointment online and got confirmation code, I was 45 minutes early to the Quest location but kiosk won't recognize my confirmation code nor my name, phone number, my appointment time , location. Went through a lot of hassle for this confirmed appointment. Wasted my time getting my appointment online, wasted my time at the location, wasted my time calling 800 number explaining and also no one at the location in front to help me resolve my issue. Went for a walk-in due to employment purposes. Had 3 hours to spare before they closed for the day. One guy came in with an appointment, which was fine but the lady turned to me saying she's only taking appointments today. There was literally no one else in that waiting room besides me after that guy went. I asked her okay which days will she take walk ins right? No she just referred me to go to Gainsville instead. Anyone looking to do a drug test for employment, go to Chantilly instead. They're rated better anyways.
