Techs are wonderful old & new I been going here for years there is no hassle just make sure you make an appointment first. Don't just walk in and think you will be seen, there will be people that have made an appointment and will get seen first making an appointment is Easy peasy!!!!! Blessings to all the Techs
I had an appointment, checked in early, and waited over an hour to be seen. No updates or apologies from staff.
We are always served on time, and Doris is quick to acknowledge us with a hello and smile. She is great a drawing blood on a person whose veins are small!
These people have zero respect for your time. I had to wait 20 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Why schedule it if they do not honor it? “Oh we have an emergecny” excuse does not work when I walked in to see them chit chatting with a customer (who ran away as soon as she realized I was complaining about loooong wait time). Unprofessional.
