Website says this location is open on Saturdays and even made me an appointment for 10 am. When I got here the sign says theyre only open mon-fri. Thisnis misleading info. Saw several annoyed patients standing outside. They dont have a phone number you can call to talk to anyone its all automated

This place is advertised as having Saturday hours, the website will let you make and confirm an appointment, but nobody is here on Saturdays! Complete BS!
I so wish I had gone to LabCorp instead for a Covid antibody test as this company is totally inept and after 3 months, 3 calls and 3 emails has refused to provide me with a proper invoice to submit to my insurance (I pre-paid for the test and was trying to get reimbursed for the $129)...I have found out that LabCorp will submit for you so this could have all been avoided...it's truly mind blowing that some companies can stay in business and not be able to provide the most basic of services.or respond to their customers....bu... read more
The practitioner that drew my blood was very rude and I had to have my blood drawn twice due to her not properly reading the directions. My arm was bruised for days because she moved the needle around so much despite me yelping in pain. In addition to the horrible process, she forgets to give me a receipt for both procedures and I had to go back to the location. Do Not Go Here
