Mala experiencia
First time here in many years and we were pretty disappointed. We walked in and there was the sweetest elderly man struggling and frustrated, trying to figure out the "self check in" machine that sits in the tiny room. My husband was able to help him but clearly this is a problem for our elderly. Not only is the machine so ridiculous but it was filthy and there wasn't even any sanitizer or anything near it to use. Staff had attitude and wasn’t helpful. We forgot the lab requisition at home and we asked for a fax number, she told us she wouldn’t accept patient after 3:40pm and at that time, it was closed to 3:40pm. Not to mention, she shut the door right after she said no order in the system. My baby is sick that’s why I hurried to get lab done, not like I tried to come at the late time, no consideration at all. Got here 20 minutes before my appointment, checked in 10 minutes before my appointment, 13 minutes after my appointment and I’m still waiting….
Sitting here, seeing how they treat people is sad. They close and lock the doors to where we cant even talk to anyone if we have a question. They opened it to call someone in and when a patient asked a simple question the woman responded " I just called someone back please wait" Lord forbid she cant take 10 seconds to answer a question. If its a manning issue fix it but that attitude shouldn't be acceptable.
