The staff are always amazing and have to operate under tremendous pressure. There is no reason why Quest isn't staffing this clinic sufficiently other than to reduce payroll expenses. The staff do not deserve the abuse they receive from patients due to Quest's artificial under-staffing.
Do not come to this place. It’s the worst! I waited here for more than 2 hours even with an appointment. There was an elderly gentleman who had been waiting for 3½ hours absolutely ridiculous.
Clean, well organized. Nice automated sign-in.
Quick, simple process to schedule and do a blood draw. My test results were ready next day, which was a Sunday....which was great. Professional, decent staff. Well done, thank you.
Closed for the next couple of days, let me set up appointment and didn’t give me any notice before canceling the appointment
