The phlebotomist was wonderful. She was very skilled, caring and kind, and even offered me one of her cookies when I felt dizzy. I appreciated the reminder text I received with the address and the check-in link. I will say I found the appointment making web page a bit confusing. At one point it showed the order my dr submitted and then it didn't. The phlebotomist had to enter the Doctors order that I brought with me by hand, which see did quickly. Quick in and out but they bruised my entire inner arm taking my blood
I was impressed with staff, got in and out quickly with very efficient and kind staff.
If your insurance allows any other testing facilities, go there instead. The Ashburn location does not have any staff in the office. There was no clear signage directing patients to "sign in" via a kiosk. A patient in the waiting room was more helpful than any staff. Do not bother trying to get a walk in appointment - it will be a minimum of a 2 hr wait even with an almost empty waiting room. If you have any other lab options, use those.
