Quick in and out but they bruised my entire inner arm taking my blood
I was impressed with staff, got in and out quickly with very efficient and kind staff.
If your insurance allows any other testing facilities, go there instead. The Ashburn location does not have any staff in the office. There was no clear signage directing patients to "sign in" via a kiosk. A patient in the waiting room was more helpful than any staff. Do not bother trying to get a walk in appointment - it will be a minimum of a 2 hr wait even with an almost empty waiting room. If you have any other lab options, use those. Didn’t think it would be a big deal to walk-in however, staff will wait in the back until next scheduled appointment. I saw every appointment leave, then 20 minutes later they called someone in at next scheduled appointment. This leaves no time for walk-ins to be seen. Staff told me I could be there all day. What a waste of time!
