Staff wasn’t too kind to the patients who did not book ahead of time. Quest allows patients to walk in. The patients shouldn’t be treated like trash because the staff is unhappy about walk in’s. Do better Quest and give those workers some customer service classes. People shouldn’t be penalized for walking in.
I was in and out within minutes. Better when you have an appointment scheduled. Happy that it takes me less than 10min overall with an appointment.
Quick in and out. Made my appt online and got there really early and was taken back 5-7 minutes after checking in. Kimberly did a great job!
Warning ! Do not go here!!!! Something skeptical is really going on at this location. I came for a drug test paid through my employer. The check in process is seamless I will give them that but the drug screen process itself was horrible!!!!! The technician gave me directions and I followed her directions. She told me my urine was not warm enough after she already poured it out into another container which was a red flag because why not show me while the urine is in the cup???
