Clean and quiet. Blood draw was painless, and great conversation with the plabotimous was fun. Very engaging!
In contrast to the other experiences here, I got in and out fairly fast. I didn't have an appointment, used the kiosks, and didn't wait too long. I came in around lunch time so I don't know if I was just came at a good time but everything was very efficient, and I didn't experience any hiccups while checking in. I was sent here to get screened for my school and I had a pleasant experience with the two staff members present who were very nice. Glitchy check-in. There is no option to speak with someone on the phone and you are hung up on for trying. There's no front desk or window attendant for Quest's suite so if you have any problems, the hospital staff tell you to bang on the door to the back, which the Quest staff surely love. In general, for anything medical, you are better off looking in Johnson County.
They send your result through their app which is very difficult to get into. I have re-verified my identity at least 10 times now and I am still unable to view my results. My work schedule is also the same as their office, so I’ve left work early 3 different times now to arrive at Quest anywhere from 5-30 minutes before close just for the door to be locked every time. Maybe the hours should say closed at 3:30-3:45 if that’s when the doors are locked.
Got here Friday at 3:58 PM (fastest I could get here) for a medically important blood draw. They close at 4:00. Door was locked at 3:58 when I got here. Too bad for my health I guess. 4:00 means 4:00. Not cool. Note I’ve been here a few times and yes it’s awful in just about every way. Apparently having the front desk staffed is too expensive, so there is a front desk, but that human has been replaced with a kiosk. Have any questions?
