Update as of 3/7/26: Jerika is a top notch employee! I have tiny veins and in past experiences have been poked, prodded, veins imploded. Not with her. I saw her in Dec and again this past week, and she makes the experience a breeze! *** I don't remember her name, but the nurse who drew my labs was excellent!! I have tiny veins so being poked & prodded is something I'm used to. Not with her. I didn't even feel it, and deeply appreciated our small talk.
I don’t like getting my blood drawn because of my fear for veins, yet I don’t make the nurses job any harder. The nurse I had kept telling me I should’ve prepared more (I did everything I could lol) and everything’s all in my head over and over etc.—worst experience, will not be back.
