The worker was so rude and acted like I was stupid for asking questions as if she were above me
the website allows for 2 people to schedule at the same time. So naturally we set up our mandatory appointments at same time. The woman would not fulfill this, stating she'd only do 1 of us. upon the slightest hint of our justified frustration, she cried "youre being aggressive" and fled. so we wasted 20 $ in gas and 1.5 hours of time and came in at 7 am for nothing. a truly miseragble experience whose root cause was a web interface that did not reflect the reality in the lawrence office. if we can;t schedule 2 appts at the ... read more
Clean and quiet. Blood draw was painless, and great conversation with the plabotimous was fun. Very engaging!
In contrast to the other experiences here, I got in and out fairly fast. I didn't have an appointment, used the kiosks, and didn't wait too long. I came in around lunch time so I don't know if I was just came at a good time but everything was very efficient, and I didn't experience any hiccups while checking in. I was sent here to get screened for my school and I had a pleasant experience with the two staff members present who were very nice.
