I don't remember her name, but the nurse who drew my labs was excellent!! I have tiny veins so being poked & prodded is something I'm used to. Not with her. I didn't even feel it, and deeply appreciated our small talk.
The worker was so rude and acted like I was stupid for asking questions as if she were above me
