My appointment was for 9:20. They had me check in online which I did 10 minutes early. It's 10:00 am and I still have not been called on. Don't book an appointment if you have other things to do they are very late and unprofessional
Son muy rapido y excelente servicio
Asked for a butterfly needle and given one. Phlebotomist wanted to use a huge needle and I insisted on a butterfly. The phlebotomists looked disshelved , did not was her hand before procedure but did wear gloves. Wasn’t very impressed with this robot way of signing in.
