Made an appointment and right on time the attended me and very friendly
Making an appointment is the way! I arrived and was taken on time scheduled, The technician was very friendly and professional.
Wow! Horrible customer service - I am the only one here! There are 5 different people back there just talking and laughing and not doing anything. Horrible people, horrible service- the girl was rude and unprofessional. They should all be fired.
