⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience. The facility was poorly maintained and did not appear clean or sanitary. There was a strong unpleasant smell, and the overall environment was uncomfortable. There was no receptionist available, and the ticket/number system was not working. I had to find an employee myself, and I was told to sign the paper and that they would follow a first-come, first-served order because the machine was broken. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Horribly unorganized! If your appointment is at 9:20, you’ll most likely not be seen until around 10:00. I would like to say that completing everything online makes the process easier, but it doesn’t speed anything up. There is very little difference between having an appointment and walking in when it comes to how quickly you’re actually seen.

The process of scheduling an appointment was very easy. When I arrived, I only needed to click on a link instead of checking in and the staff were polite and professional.

I am usually "in and out" at the Woodhaven Rd location, which is where I always make my appointments. I don't know if it's just coincidence or by design, but no matter how busy it is, I tend to get the same tech each time I go, which I appreciate. It doesn't hurt that she is very attentive, has an excellent memory for personal info I have shared in the past, and she is very professional with her work and abilities. I would not be offended at all if you offered her an out-of-schedule raise. ;)
