I am usually "in and out" at the Woodhaven Rd location, which is where I always make my appointments. I don't know if it's just coincidence or by design, but no matter how busy it is, I tend to get the same tech each time I go, which I appreciate. It doesn't hurt that she is very attentive, has an excellent memory for personal info I have shared in the past, and she is very professional with her work and abilities. I would not be offended at all if you offered her an out-of-schedule raise. ;)
I have been at Quest Many time and each time I was treated as if I was a valued customer.
Always running behind. When I arrived for my 10:30 appointment they still had appointments from 9:30. This isn’t the first time.
