I read several Google reviews about this particular Quest Diagnostics location and unfortunately experienced the exact same issues during my last visit. Because of that, I chose a different location this time, but the experience was still very disappointing. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait for over an hour because the person responsible for drawing blood was apparently on break. With scheduled appointments I don’t wait long in the waiting room. Staff are nice and helpful
Dr Zikoski and his staff are amazing. They are polite, accommodating, & very knowledgeable. I would recommend everyone to their office.
