This is the best quest lab I have been too. India, my blood draw technician, was so sweet and experiences. I get light headed whenever I get my blood drawn and because of India, this is the first time I left a lab draw feeing great. She was very quick with drawing blood which is always a plus. We played music to distract me which she was excited to hear! And I was able to drink some water under my mask. The place was closed while the website says open, after 30 minutes of waiting someone open the door but the process was very slow, Not sure about this location services, if you able to find any other lab just skip this, it will take much longer than any other lab regardless to the company name.
I am not a person who writes reviews a lot. But I can tell you I have had the worse patient care experience of my life with these people. Their billing department and customer services is a joke. They do not coordinate with insurances and sending you the whole bill with no insurance coverage then you spend days to contact them, you reach a representative, they need you do to their jobs for them and ask for EoB and fax it to them only (we are not in 21st century here).
