Would leave zero stars if possible. I was a walk-in, I signed in after a lady that had an appointment before me. A man walked in with a 12pm appointment, he was seen 40min earlier than his scheduled appointment and I was left waiting. Then a woman walked in and joined the walk-in list and she was seen before me even though she was on the list behind me. Not impressed. Poor customer service. Unfriendly and did not have the necessary materials for a simple test. They literally told me I was on my own.

My experience today couldn’t have been better. I was seen super quickly, the place was spotless and well-organized, and from the moment I walked in, I felt at ease.
