Came early without an appointment and they got me right in. Tech was nice, proficient drawing blood and pleasant to speak with. It was also easy to check in.
The gentleman was very patient & showed awesome customer service. I didn’t feel the needle go in! He was that good!
Tech did a great job, quick in, quick out. While getting blood drawn isn’t fun, the tech made it much easier by asking me about my weekend to distract me from the draw. Facility was clean, too. Great experience.
Arrived at 4:50 pm for a scheduled appointment. They claimed it was too close to closing at 5:00 pm to draw a single vial of blood. Lazy staff who don't want to do their job during their regular business hours. Go elsewhere.
