Asked for my credit card (new policy) then charged $15. In the past my insurance covered my cost.
My phlebotomist Jasmerae was excellent, and the reason I'm leaving this review. I passed out during a blood draw because I had been fasting for over twelve hours and was dehydrated and had low blood sugar, and she was exceptionally kind to me. Even though there were others in line behind me, she didn't rush me and encouraged me to not get up and drive away until I felt better. Went in as walk-in. Got in fairly quickly . Experience was great.
Always efficient professional phebotomist! Come here anytime I need blood tests!
Not only did they open late, they also did not have a record of my appointment which I had a confirmation email that contained the appointment code, the address of the location, the time and day. The tech that worked there did little to offer customer support and help resolve the issue. Regardless, I will not be rescheduling at this location. It smells weird and the lobby is used as a store room. It just does not appear to be clean and feels more like you're getting your blood drawn at the carnival.
