The woman was 10 minutes late to open the clinic then looked me up and down with disgust when I asked if she was with Quest as she walked into work. Leaving to go to CPL.
Fast and easy. Recommend scheduling appointment ahead of time. Very nice staff. In and out and absolutely painless. Highly recommend
Rude, I asked a simple question about why I'm getting skipped around (yes, I'm a walk in) whoever the phlebotomist was is very rude. I'm just going off of what the screen shows, it shows I'm on top of the list for walk ins. She tells me well make a appointment if you want to be seen in a timely manner. Yet you're pushing appointments that are 20+ minutes out through. How am I supposed to know the screen was wrong? I am going off of what I can see. Don't get a attitude over a question. The African American lady working here wasn’t very empathic. I had a question, but didn’t have time for me to even ask after saying excuse me. She seems stressed & would be helpful if there was an attendant on standby for questions rather than an iPad & there’s a lightbulb out in the bathroom
