The African American lady working here wasn’t very empathic. I had a question, but didn’t have time for me to even ask after saying excuse me. She seems stressed & would be helpful if there was an attendant on standby for questions rather than an iPad & there’s a lightbulb out in the bathroom
I really appreciate that both phlebotomists were very nice and very professional. I was extremely worried as my last quest visit was fairly unpleasant. They were nice and that goes a long way when someone is sticking you with a needle. THX PS There was a light out inside the blood draw room which made it seem a little strange during both visits. It makes one assume that if the maintenance upkeep on basic lighting is lacking then what else is not kept up. FYI
Jane, is absolutely AMAZING! She is so good with kids. I took my son in to get his blood drawn after he was poked and prodded by an MA at his doctor's office. Jane was efficient, friendly and was just an awesome person all around. Thank you Jane!
Jane was amazinggggg!!!! I hate needles and anything health related I’m ANXIOUS! She was so sweet and friendly,I did not even feel the needle AT ALL!!! Everything took 6 minutes. Check in was so easy, everything is nice and clean. Will definitely be coming back for any lab work
