Silverio was very kind and showed that he knows how to do his job very well.
Got in by my appointment time and the phlebotomist was fantastic! I have hidden veins and it normally takes a long time to get my blood drawn. She found a vein quickly and got it handled! I will definitely return to this location even though it is not close to my house.
The personnel were respectful, friendly and caring. The facility itself needs a major overhaul. The ceiling tiles are dirty and moldy, absolutely disgusting, especially for a health facility!
The young man who helped me was extremely attentive and informative. He guided me and explained every step of the way. At the end of it all, I realized he was supposed to be on his lunch break, but he took the time to help me. Wow, you dont see that often these days. Thank you so much to the gentleman!
