Made an appointment, went there on time and they were closed on that day! No phone call or text message about the closure, just a paper notice on the door saying due to staff shortage. Never had such an experience before!
This center is terrible. They should be open from 12:30-3 . I went there @ 1:45 and the lady said I’m at a break until 12:15
I just had my labs done at quest in Los Gatos. The phlebotomist skills were fine, but she needs serious help in the customer relations department. One of the rudest phlebotomist I have ever dealt with. It was obvious she was stressed out beyond belief, which absolutely can transfer over to her ability to do her job correctly. That’s when mistakes are made, and we’re dealing with peoples lives here.
Very bad customer service. Why government doesn't care about people? This facilities are has very bad customer service. At the door written walk-ins welcome then person inside saying no welcome!!! For God sake what is going on why your all plying with peoples. Unprofessional peoples..
No longer have a front desk person and the lady was rude when I complained about computer not allowing me to check in. I tried checking in slightly after appointment time and the computer didn't let me.
