Overall everything was quick and efficient, but the stick was quite painful and two days after my appt. I have a nasty 1inch bruise where the needle was.
Very straight forward. You walk into the "office", check in on a computer, take a seat and wait. The wait wasn't long, maybe 10 minutes. My phlebotomist was friendly. The one my husband had got a bit snippy with me when I went in to make sure she knew there were 2 orders from 2 separate providers and to clarify the insurance which I know confuses them every visit.
I use this location frequently because it's in close proximity to my home. Check in is usually very quick because I use the machine and it's really user friendly. The facility is clean and the staff is always gentle and courteous.
