DO NOT GO TO THIS QUEST DIAGNOSTICS LOCATION. I had an appointment for my son today at 11:30 AM. I arrived early and checked in. I came back at 11:18 AM and waited more than 30 minutes. My son’s name never showed up on the screen, and we were never called. Since my son needed to use the bathroom, I knocked on the door to ask what was going on and whether he needed to give a urine sample or just use the restroom.
