Fast service, pleasing attitude of my associate, easy appointment
The waiting room is rather cramped considering how many people were waiting. I made an appointment online. After checking in, I was seen and out the door within 15 minutes. I despise getting my blood drawn and bruise a lot every time. Monica, the phlebotomist, was very nice and quick with it. I barely felt anything and did not bruise at all. This location is great, just make an appointment before you go... too many people walk-in and wait awhile.
Their system is an abomination.
