Terrible experience, we had an appointment, they called us 45 minutes late, and then when we walk in 2 seconds after being called, the lady is already gone and our appointment had been skipped. I told three different people that our appointment had been skipped, and they told us to get back on the standby list. Very inconsiderate and disrespectful of time.
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, dried pee on the floor and pee cup stains...you would think for a MEDICAL office conducting such tests would have standard clean Bathrooms...The Tech was not nice or rude
The phlebotomist was very approachable and I highly recommend her for being light handed on doing my blood draw. Thank you
