no stars if possible. this so called "easy" system is really just awful. I tried to make an appointment for fasting labs last week and the only available times were late afternoon. Obviously, I had to go as a walk in. I got there at 7:30, checked in and filled out my information on my phone. There is no one at the front desk to talk to. Why is there even a desk there? The service for my daughter (who is 7) was excellent. Everybody was very helpful, and we were in and out in 15 minutes. They made her feel very comfortable for the blood drawing.
I will NEVER go to this facility again. The female Phlebotomist was very ill tempered, impatient, nasty and rude. I don’t have to take that from anyone. North Beers St. is much better, or go to LabCorp. Just don't go here.
