I was waiting for 5min knocking in ghost lab after that they said today an exception we close at 2pm. I was requesting day to have lab test and now i need to beg for another day
Very poor customer service. The lady who attended me was very distracted she was on the phone the whole time using her AirPods. At one point, she was speaking about another patient on the phone and I literally heard all his information including name and all his tests. After I was called back, I was sitting in the chair for like 15 minutes while she was on phone. Very unprofessional and do not recommend

I had an appointment at 10:30am. I arrived on time. I checked in as I was supposed to. I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes. The heat is on HIGH. I’m sweating through my clothes right now. Still waiting and No update. I Haven’t seen any employee yet. This is ridiculous. How about one of you employees Walk out to the lobby and give a verbal update to your patients for crying out loud!!! You’re all adults with fully functioning brains. (Or are you?) Used to be a great Quest. More recently, (last 12 to 18 months) wait times terrible. Had scheduled appointments the last 2 times I went, waited an hour+ each time. Otherwise check in easy, tech nice, appointment easy to make.
