She was very kind patient and caring.
Went in a little early and was taken in right away. Jan was a delight. Very friendly and professional.
Jan is amazing! She was very quick, helpful and pleasant. I unknowingly left my scarf in the lab room and she ran out in the cold weather to make sure I got it back before I drove off. I really appreciated that. She deserves a raise and/or a promotion! :)
Jan took care of me quickly and efficiently. She explained what she was going to do, and it was over almost before she even finished explaining it. She was wonderful, a true asset to the company. I will definitely use this location next time I need any tests.
Had an 11:30AM appointment on Saturday. Get to Quest. It smells bad and looks dirty. Checked in at the kiosk using the QR code provided by Quest when I scheduled the appointment. Notice my name isn't on the board. Ask the employee about it. She said it's fine and someone will call me back shortly. 12:15 rolls around. They can't take me because the kiosk "registered me as a standby" somehow. What a joke. Avoid this Quest like the plague.
