Poor communication all behind a kiosk. Had a later appointment in the day and realized that I had to do the cortisol test early in the morning. My appointment was for 140pm. No one could give me an answer as to whether I could wait as standby. I spoke to three different personnel and they were not willing to answer my question, or they just didn’t seem to care. Very poor service at Quest.
This is the worst Quest I have visited , horrible attitude, worst customer service ever Quest if you don’t pay good salaries this is the result people don’t care about customer if you can choose other location go for it.
