After checking in, several other clients came in after me. They were all serviced before me. At one point the tech came out and called for ‘Karen’. Nobody replied. Finally after 30 minutes they asked my name. I said Kimberly. The tech says she had already called for me. I said no you called for ‘Karen’. She looked at the other tech and said ‘Oh I messed up’. The other tech took me back and quickly got me out.
Worked me in And everything was done within 10 minutes
They dont answer phone. No receptionist just a self serve tablet.
They're always, fast, friendly, professional, courteous and genuinely nice here. Alyssa fits that team atmosphere exactly. Other places do fall short of what Quest does, always
