Location is temporarily closed, but still accepting online reservations. A line of people were at the location to lean the appointments could not be fulfilled.
I was at this location yesterday for a pre employment drug screen. As a walk in, I had to wait about an hour. Perfectly fine. And as irritating as the wait time was, the young lady who took care of me was very nice and professional. My main reason for the 3 star rating is the fact that there was only one person working.
I was in town for work and needed bloodwork. I read the reviews and was nervous about with my limited time if they would be on time or even there. I went in 15 minutes early, I was the only person there. Ms Lydia helped me. I had to get my information faxed over, she was very nice and helped me through the process. She also had great customer service. I was so relieved that this appointment went smooth and how prompt and kind Lydia was.
I scheduled an appointment for 6:40am, and the center was closed when I arrived at 6:39. I waited with one other customer who had an appointment, no one ever came to open the center. For a fasting blood draw that I had to plan weeks in advance around my work schedule, this is absolutely unacceptable. I will never use this center again- thanks for making getting bloodwork an absolute nightmare!
