You guys have a terrible appointment system. It doesn’t send emails. I had to look for the scanner in the computer to check in. Didn’t work with the scanner. Plus, I’m partial blind. How are you able to see those small tablets? In another thing I logged in on the website to schedule the appointment for the same reason, but it still asked me for my full name when I went to the office and asked me for the ID card and insurance pictures. You guys have a terrible system.
Front office staff lacks training, professionalism and common sense. Signed me in under my doctor's name. ****UPDATE****much improved this year. Four stars .
