Worst place ever. I went to the restroom, came back and the employee said if you are not here when you are called you lose your place. I asked her if patients are not allowed to go to the restroom she said you need to be here. So basically for 4 hours that I've been here I can not go to the restroom. Dont go to this location the employees look like they hate there job very rude.
Phlebotomists are rude and careless. Was not forewarned about the careless insertion of the needle in my arm and my arm was swollen and bruised. Not to mentioned it felt like more like they stabbed me with he needle. Never have I experienced such careless servicing. I would never go back to this facility. I understand we all experience difficult moments in life but you can't go around taking it out on people who have nothing to do with it. Go get help.
I went to the Whittier quest diagnostics, and they were nice and courteous, and they were done very fast.
