At the Downey location there are no front desk personnel and many of the patrons are elderly and have trouble checking in at the kiosk. When a staff member finally came out and got bombarded with questions, they were obviously frustrated. The place looks severely understaffed and even with an appointment I waited more than 30 minutes.
The staff at Quest in Downey on Brookshire Ave are very polite and friendly. I've noticed that they go out of their way to help out the patients.
I wish you would have someone in a reception area as sometimes patients have questions. I understand that self-check in the kiosk saves the company money, but it inconveniences the patient. Having said that, my experience was good. The staff was friendly and efficient. I'm glad you are open on Saturdays and that you take walk-in patients. I normally go to your competitor but they do not take walk-ins on Saturday and so they lost the biz due to this and I went to you.
