The afternoon was wonderful. I was in and out in no time the girl that drew my blood in room #8 was amazing. My veins play hide and seek. She got it on the first try and it didn’t even hurt.
Marta at Quest Diagnostics is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, respected, and well taken care of. Blood work can be stressful, but Marta’s calm, professional, and compassionate approach made the entire process smooth and painless. This was the first time I was at this quest location. It was clean and very well organized. It was a girl at the door when you walked in to help you check in. My wait time was approximately five minutes. Everything is very well organized, and on time.
This review is in regards to the Quest laboratory at 4900 Linton Blvd., Delray Beach. The technician named Michelle was very rude, unprofessional, and lacked the necessary and basic human empathy for someone getting their blood work done. She makes you feel like you’re going into a slaughter house. Also, do not ask Michelle any questions, because she retaliate and criticize you.
