On my 2nd visit to the location at 4801 S University Drive, I was there to drop off a sample test. Unfortunately, the full process was not explained to me when I was there the first time so I decided to take it before work. I was told I needed to register ti drop off tge samples. If I had known I would have made an appointment for Monday and dropped it off. Yes, I was very upset, but wanted to complete my test. I’ve been to this location a few times, and it’s always hard because my veins are really difficult. I feel bad every time the staff struggles to draw blood. But today was different . I had my appointment at 10:30 AM on Friday, September 26, and the woman who helped me was amazing. She was so kind and gentle, and she got it on the first try. I wish I had asked for her name. I always use Quest and especially, this location. I have never been disappointed. It's so easy making appointments and checking in. The staff is wonderful -- very skilled, kind, patient, and caring. This is important, especially when the patient is already nervous and concerned about health matters. I highly recommend this facility.
