Gloria was really polite taking care of me and she made me feel confident. Honestly, I don't like labs and hospitals, but sometimes it's necessary. We need more people like her in every lab attending patients.

On my 2nd visit to the location at 4801 S University Drive, I was there to drop off a sample test. Unfortunately, the full process was not explained to me when I was there the first time so I decided to take it before work. I was told I needed to register ti drop off tge samples. If I had known I would have made an appointment for Monday and dropped it off. Yes, I was very upset, but wanted to complete my test.
