Had to go here for a drug test for a job and they said they take walk-ins on their website. No one at front desk and had to do the kiosk and it said no walk in appointments, all appointments full. Nobody was there! So I scatter to get this done elsewhere. Worthless. Go to Alltests Inc.
Recommend appointment!!! Can't recommend that enough. Only 1 staff person working so it does take a bit. Don't try doing a walk-in. Nurse was professional and friendly.
I have used Quest Diagnostics for years, unfortunately the customer service at the Davenport location is extremely poor. This was my second appointment with the current technician, who was frustratingly slow and inefficient. There is only one staff member on site, which doesn't even seem safe for the lone employee. Used mobile check-in which either doesn't work or the technician doesn't bother to refresh her screen. Everything was great the only issue is Quest labs is an hour and a half Drive one way for me
