Was sent here for lab work to be done for life insurance from my agent. Arrived early, checked in on kiosk. It is now 15 mins PAST my scheduled appointment time and I have yet to be seen or greeted. Terrible time management and staff was not existent.

I went to this location in Davenport for the first (and last) time. The technician who took my blood didn’t bother to take 10 seconds to cleanse my arm first! My eyes were half focused elsewhere & before I knew it the needle was in my arm! When she was finished drawing several tubes of blood I ask her if she had any alcohol pads & she said yes but only for their clients so I knew she had some. Worst service I’ve ever experienced! Scheduled with them in Muscatine and nobody showed up to work that day. Waited over an hour and tried calling to see where they're at and why nobody was there. It turns out that they didn’t have their machines calibrated so they couldn’t work. Drove an hour there and not a single phone call to notify that there wasn’t going to be a representative show up.. Ouch! I had to do 2 sets of bloodwork, one week apart, and each time required several pokes before finding the vein, along with several nasty bruises. I’ve had plenty of bloodwork done in life before and never had someone struggle so much to find my veins. The nurse was entirely unapologetic. Just looked at my arm and said “wow I bet that hurts.”
