I had an appointment and my MD added a test on and faxed it to Quest. I could see my MD faxed it, but there was no one on the other line at Quest to verify to answer and verify they got the order which is down right rude. I need the lab results in 2 days and I can't find out if they added the lab on as planned. The people are very nice at the facility but the organization makes it impossible to contact the staff by phone. I went as a walk in and waited 2 hours without being seen. I had to leave when the answer I received from staff was so uncertain. They told me that they should get to me soon. If you come to this location, you should definitely have an appointment because they don’t know how to incorporate walk ins with their regular appointments.
