Juanita was amazing! We had a great conversation, she even gave me a little pep-talk about some of the things we talked about! She was extremely friendly even though it was 7AM. She also knows exactly what she’s doing. She had no issue finding a vein or getting a good stick. I had mentioned to her that I always bruise, whether they have trouble or not and I was very pleasantly surprised when I noticed later that night that I had absolutely no signs of bruising.
