Have had 4 different experiences at multiple locations. All have been very professional, friendly and prompt at location, but it is still impossible to talk to a real person if you have a question before or after service. All communication is done by email submission. I do like the ability to make appointments on their website and confirm appointments before arrival. Regarding service at appointments, I would definitely recommend, especially my local Clarkston office. Thank you!
