You guys have a great app and great interface by appearance, but they don't actually work. - The link sent to my phone could not be accessed because a green link offering to cancel the appointment was blocking it. no workaround. - Both tablets in the lobby would not work for most people. I watched. Your staff had to come out and enter the data. - i had an appointment and was there early, but i still waited almost half hour to get in. You need to do better.
THU was so rude with our baby, she was rude and unprofessional…. she was trying like 6-7 times to take the blood… can’t understand how people like her are allowed to work there
Very disappointed with my experience here. I’m 8 months pregnant and have been waiting for OVER 2 hours to get simple blood work done. Even though the computer said it would be a 30-60 minute wait, I received some BS answer from a tech saying because It’s because I’m a walk in. Mind you, a walk in that arrived AFTER I did was seen before me! Would give 0 stars if I could.
