Easy to set up an appointment. Easy check in from the car. Brought me back a few minutes after my scheduled time. The phlebotomist was professional and skilled. I barely felt the needle. In and done in around 15 minutes. Great service.
You guys have a great app and great interface by appearance, but they don't actually work. - The link sent to my phone could not be accessed because a green link offering to cancel the appointment was blocking it. no workaround. - Both tablets in the lobby would not work for most people. I watched. Your staff had to come out and enter the data. - i had an appointment and was there early, but i still waited almost half hour to get in. You need to do better.
