I couldn't have had a better experience last week at Quest Diagnostics. 2 women helped me with my blood-draw since I have to lie down due to squeamishness. One held my hand and told me stories, and the other drew blood with painless efficiency. They were wonderful and compassionate phlebotomists and they should be complemented on what they do.
