The service is OK. Do not like that there is no one to greet you, just a machine. I'm old and don't like all this automation. Making the appointment on line is challenging it itself. Too many options.
Their stand by system is a joke! When you first check in it says that you'll have to wait between 30-60 mins, I sat here and watched it say that 1 person was served with a wait room full of people with no one getting called back. Quest sucks!
What a mess!! First, your compiuter system is a total MESS, and there is NO ONE (e.g., HUMAN) to assist people who cannot make the stupid thing work correctly. It took us two weeks to get a STAT pre-op blood draw to begin with. A guy with SEVEN children walked in with ONE appintment ahead of my wife. She had to WAIT (with an appointment for the same time), until ALL SEVEN of this guys' kids were served. What a joke. Next time I'll draw the blood myself.
