What a mess!! First, your compiuter system is a total MESS, and there is NO ONE (e.g., HUMAN) to assist people who cannot make the stupid thing work correctly. It took us two weeks to get a STAT pre-op blood draw to begin with. A guy with SEVEN children walked in with ONE appintment ahead of my wife. She had to WAIT (with an appointment for the same time), until ALL SEVEN of this guys' kids were served. What a joke. Next time I'll draw the blood myself.
The phlebotomist who drew my blood, Nani, makes coming and getting your blood drawn a day at the beach! I am on blood thinners and she does not even leave a bruise! She gets in fast without any issues or problems whatsoever! And it doesn't hurt when she does it! I get blood drawn often and I hope each time that I get her!! Quest needs to really support this gal! She's a great worker and she's damn good at what she does! Kudos to her!
