Twice I made an appointment online and twice they sent me to the wrong Quest. I put my name on standby and after I waited for half an hour they told me they weren't taking walk-ins or standbys. I showed a worker that I had an appointment and she was rude and not accommodating in the least. I give NO stars. Shame, shame, shame on Quest for making people just a number!
This place is the worst.. if I could give zero stars [I would. I went there to drop off my roomates urine sample. I8 went to the front desk and stood there for at lease 10.minutes. I asked b the other people if they had seem a receptionist and no one had. There is no one working at the front desk. You have to sign in on a little computer. In the short amount of time I bthere at least 3 or 4 eldery people did not understqnd how to sign in or had trouble doing so and there is no one to ask.
