Avoid this network! If for any reason your insurance doesn’t cover their sercices, they will hit you with massive bill for hundreds or even thousands of of dollars. Worst of all, they refuse o adjust it to a fair self pay rate. Never again!
Rude staff, no receptionist, appointment disappeared from the system, tried to explain it to staff, nobody cared. Staff is taking long breaks until the crowd builds up in the waiting area.
I’m disappointed with the way I was treated by a staff member today. She was rude, raised her voice, and showed no patience when I asked for clarification. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a medical environment. Please improve staff professionalism and communication with patients.
