There is lack of sensitivity for the elderly at this lab corp. The front desk people are brash and cop an attitude when the elderly need help with using the check-in kiosk. Luckily, I accompanied my Grammy so she had no issues.
I love it there the staff are very friendly and nice they do their job pretty well smiling also they're very good when I'm getting my blood work done very nice and neat I love it I wish I remember all their names I'm giving them 5 stars
Wait time is hour over the appointment schedule. They call and put people out of queue somehow without any shame.
