So slow and slow and slow
There was no one at reception, which can definitely be a problem if there are any challenges checking in electronically. Two stars off for that, cause that could really be a problem for some. And I would've given 5 stars otherwise. Was seen very fast and treated very well.
The location is key and plenty of parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I never have to wait a long time plus check in is simple on your phone. I always come to this office and Laura is always the one that ends up helping me. She is very friendly.
