Contrary to the negative reviews I found the experience very efficient and the personnel pleasant and professional.
In addition to being generally unhelpful, staff don't wear masks properly, creating an unsafe environment. Avoid, especially during COVID.
Checked in and was quickly brought into a room for a test. The hallways and the room were absolutely filled with a disarray of cardboard boxes, nothing looked clean or organized anywhere - including the patient room. The person who did my blood work was nice and personable, and my time with him was quick and easy BUT he only did half the tests that were supposed ordered - completely missing all the biometrics - and now I’ll have to return for the others. I’ll be going to a different location for those tests if it’s possible.
I really like this Quest location. It feels clean, with hand-sanitizer by the door, VERY spread-out chairs, the option to wait outside and get texted if you don't want to wait inside, and they also provide gloves if you want! They have complimentary water as well (I suppose largely for those who need to do urine tests). Employees are always friendly, competent, and speedy. You can make an appointment online which can speed up the process even more.
With an appointment, I had a quick and polite experience. Waited only two minutes, and was out the door in ten minutes.
