Came here a few weeks ago to have blood drawn only to be told by my doctor yesterday that Quest never actually processed my lab work so I never received The results. I came back this morning for my appointment only to wait 45 minutes and still not be seen. The whole time I was waiting the receptionist called only one customer back (more than 8 people were waiting) and expressed multiple times that she was confused while shuffling papers around. Experience was good, a lot of space for improvement. It is really short staff, when I checked in it was one lady doing literally everything and the other was a student. She was really doing her best to assist everyone. Place was clean and welcoming. Need more help up in here.
Given previous reviews, I was truly wary about my appointment. But staff were competent, friendly and efficient. Very smooth blood draw (multiple vials). Done in 10 minutes. Thankful.
I went to have a simple blood work, and ended up with two massive bruises one in each arm, and no blood work. They blamed me about the incident! I went to another lab and 5 minutes later than this attempt they were able to do my lab work without any bruises. The most experienced lady there was awful! She was disrespectful, rude and unprofessional . I would never going back there, and hope this help other people to avoid this kind of experiences. My arms are still sore, even a day after this.
