I chose to save money by going here but lost time. They don’t stick to appointment times and you’ll be waiting for 30+ min.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish — booking the appointment, checking in, being seen on time, the bloodwork itself being smooth and quick, and the fast turnaround on results. I was initially concerned after seeing so many negative reviews, but my experience was seamless throughout.
Best blood draw ever! What a crazy thing to say, but true. Quest Diagnostics Bellevue was awesome this morning! I typically have difficult blood draws - hard to find my veins - and was nervous because this was a big draw. The lab tech was amazing. She was like a good mom, firm but very reassuring. She helped me relax and found a really nice vein quickly. What a pleasant surprise!
This place was swamped but surprisingly I was in and out within 30mins. Wendy took amazing care of me and made the experience a breeze. I was grateful and appreciative of her care and her sweet personality.
So frustrating to come here. The workers barely know how to use their system and they are rude and incompetent.
