I went to the lab and from the start it was very annoying. The person that was at the security desk could barely check me in due to her long nails. Got upstairs went to the back pretty fast. I told the tech that I have a secondary insurance and to be sure to bill them. Nope, they didn’t do so they took the money off my card after the tech stated they just needed a card on file and they will not bill me. Welp that was a lie. I'm glad I didn't let the other reviews scare me off, because this was the most seamless Quest experiece I've had maybe ever? I made an appointment for 3/24 and when I arrived, I checked in using the check-in link I received via text. I sat in the waiting area for a couple of minutes before I was called back by the tech who asked me if I needed a parking voucher before taking my sample. **worse experience ever *** I arrived to the office at approx 835am and was met by an empty chair at the front desk.. There were no clear instructions regarding checking in, so I waited patiently in the lobby area until an associate acknowledged me. I witness one young lady walking back and forth from the back office to the front office and not once did she acknowledge my existence.
