The entire process from making an appointment to checking in when I arrive to being seen then out the door and on my way is so very quick! The facility is clean and organized, and the staff is always kind and efficient. I'm a satisfied patient with Quest.
Satisfied, I was called 5 minutes into my walk-in. Staff were very friendly and I was in and out in no time.
Joanna (Jo) was absolutely fantastic. We ran into an issue because the doctors office dropped the ball and failed to send my lab order over. Jo was kind about it and very helpful while giving me options on how to fix the issue. Jo was so patient regarding the issue so that helped me to be patient as well. In the end it was resolved and the lab work was done. Jo was AWESOME!!
