Fast, convenient and on time
Honestly, I’ve been unhappy with their check-in system ever since they stopped having real people at a front desk check you in and assist with making appointments. They completely walled the reception area off, like it never existed, and it feels unsettling to me. The check-in kiosks for setting up appointments they use now are really inconvenient. Easy and fast, kiosk check in is simple. Just have your ID and insurance card and you're all set. Very easy process. User friendly and simple. Nice that you can check results online.
