Every time I go to Quest Diagnostics on Stockdale, I have a great experience! It is so easy to make an appointment online, it is easy to check in online. The person who draws my blood, which is usually Elizabeth, is always very kind, quick, and friendly. I love this location!
Horrible service. I couldn't eat all day had to take a day off work and then come to find out they said I didn't have a lab sheet from my doctor. I did so I called my Dr they said they sent it. 2nd appointment went the same way. 3rd appointment it wasn't letting me in and by the time I got in the door that was locked they said I was 1 minute late and would have to go home. They don't seem to care
The Quest at 9500 Stockdale is always clean, the appointment system works great and the staff are so Kind. I had Elizabeth this past appointment. She was welcoming and gracious. I know she must have many prople to see throughout the day but you would have thought I was the only patient she was here to see :)
If I could give zero stars I would. The staff are extremely rude. Not just one staff, multiple!!! They supposedly don’t take walk in’s last 20 minutes but staff are literally doing nothing, place is absolutely empty and the machine told me to sit and wait. Just go to west pac, much better and will even take you minutes before they close. I will contacting quest diagnostics to speak with who ever is in charge of this facility as the staff need some major training in basic customer service skills.
