I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this location! I had been to a different Quest location in Brighton and had to wait a while despite having an appointment, so I came prepared with a book and headphones, expecting a long wait. Instead, I was called back right at my 1:00pm appointment time. The two women working today were very pleasant, calm, and helpful, despite two different patients interrupting us by walking into the blood draw area from the waiting room. I got in the standby line. The tablet (there is no receptionist or any customer service) told me it could be 60-90 minutes. Ok. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I asked one of the lab techs if there is any sort of maximum time for standy and she said no. But their sister lab down the street could take me. I went there and got seen immediately. If you need a urinalysis, go to RPT labs.

They’ve lost my blood THREE SEPERATE TIMES over the past two years, with six visits total, meaning that they lose my blood about 50% of the time. When I call to check-in about missing results, I have to wait on hold 30 mins or more, only for them to repeatedly gaslight me by saying they have no records of any orders or any labs taken. It is only when my doctor calls them, that they admit to her that they have lost my blood.
