The clinician was friendly, professional and skilled. She made the process easy and painless. The check-in was unusual but efficient and effective.
I along with 4 other people sat outside the locked door of the office from 730 to 8 AM, and still no one has shown up to open up the office to get blood work.People who also had schedule appointments are not getting their blood work.This is completely unacceptable and management needs to be reviewed

I've had mixed experiences at other QD locations, in the past — some were poorly maintained, and the staff seemed rushed and dismissive. However, my visit to the Mill Street location this morning was exceptional. I arrived for my 9:40 AM appointment and was seated two minutes early. The phlebotomist was remarkably skilled and kind, drawing blood with impressive gentleness (giving me the option of counting down or being surprised) while maintaining a wonderful sense of humor that made the experience genuinely enjoyable. I waited almost an hour and a half to have my blood drawn. It took an hour before somebody came out to explain why the wait was so long, apparently somebody had called out. There is no Wi-Fi at all in the office. And there is a very annoying television screen with a loud constant commercial about different quest offerings.
