Either all the bad reviews I read here were exaggerated or my experience was just very different. Checked in through the touchscreen kiosk with my pre-scheduled appointment. The technician took my insurance card info, then cleaned my arm, and reassured me it was going to be fine, despite hating needles and getting blood drawn. Professional and efficient. I had a great experience and am so glad to have found this branch.
They advertise that they take walk ins but have you sit there for over an hour then come out and strongly imply that you’re not going to get in because they book out a week in advance with appointments and refer you to a lab across town. Just be mindful if in need of an urgent appointment.
The slowest and worst lab I’ve ever gone to! It takes you so long to get something done at this lab!!! Save your time and don’t go there!!! No face masks available! Nobody at reception! There is nobody available if you have questions!
