2 stars because the phlebotomist are very good. The system is terrible. They have clients booked when there are no phlebotomists present. Plan for a extended wait even with an appointment
I went for a blood draw today. Marissa and Autumn were both amazing. I’m a big baby. I’m scared of needles and often feel nauseous during a blood draw. They were both incredibly professional and empathetic. The whole process was fast, easy, and comfortable. I left there smiling and thankful for their understanding. I highly recommend this practice and can’t speak highly enough of these two young women who made it a breeze. Thank you both!!
Autumn knew exactly how to handle my rolling vein. Her skill avoided unnecessary poking around which would have resulted in pain. Great job Autumn
