This is the worst place I've ever been to take a drug test. I waited 1 hour before my appointment and waited 3 hours for them to tell me I couldn't take the test. My bladder was about to explode and I felt like I had to pee. DON'T COME HERE!!
Avoid this place. It's the worst. I should have turned around the moment I arrived and saw a waiting room overflowing with people, and nothing but an electronic kiosk to check-in. There was no staff visible on-site. I had a 3:30 appointment. Ninety minutes later they closed for the day without seeing me. They wasted an hour and a half of my time for absolutely nothing. This is the worst example of medical service I have ever seen. I will never go to Quest Diagnostics again.
lazy people who attend everyone but you, they kept calling names and purposely avoided calling my moms and i. horrible service
The location didn't seem clean and the staff was very rude. They were annoyed that I asked for the price of test and were very rude after that. The blood draw was the scariest I have ever had. She pulled the needle inside the skin without taking it out and I was like she is going to make a cut in the skin. Not going back to this location.
