I made an appointment ahead of time and only had about a five min wait. The phlebotomist was very personable and professional, the whole procedure went very smoothly.
Wait time is excellent when you check in on line. The workers are excellent and your in and out.
The directions and signage to the Torrington facility (@ Charlotte Hungerford) wasn’t the clearest for a first-time visitor. But it’s one of those once-you-do-it-you-know things. So give yourself extra time on your first visit. The onsite parking is somewhat limited. The Quest facility was good … easy check-in, and I was taken before my actual appointment time!
