Everyone was very professional and thorough. The person drawing my blood got my vein immediately!
The wonderful phlebotomist who took care of me was excellent! Very skillful and pleasant while being professional
I usually pass out with blood draws from my anxiety- but the nurse Z was so kind and did an amazing job drawing my blood. I didnt pass out!

This was a very strange experience. There was nobody there when I got there, five minutes before they opened for a fasted blood draw. Signed in at a kiosk, and another woman walked in after I signed in. We watched one of the employees come in. Ten minutes after that, they called the first client with an appointment. Despite two technicians being on duty, they were seeing one patient at a time. I think three patients with appointments were seen before I was addressed.
