In fact, I’m so pleased with the service from doctors and staff at community hospital — East community hospital — discovered that we do still have people who work hard — not to forget those administrators who manage that nice hospital where you feel welcomed. A disaster. 1. Website was broken. Inputting Indiana area codes consistently tried to direct me to schedule in Illinois labs hours from my location. 2. Calling to schedule would not let me talk to a person, but seemed to provide me with correct locations nearby according to Google, but when I arrived somehow the appointment I’d scheduled was not in their system. Staff person Mimi was extremely helpful.
The tech that assisted us was great! My 10yr old was very nervous about having her blood drawn for the first time and the phlebotomist that did it was very kind, patient, got her to laugh and she performed the blood draw excellently! I could not have asked for a better experience. We thanked her so much!
