This is one of my favorite locations to get my blood drawn. The phlebotomists are always so sweet and always get my vein on the first stick (I have bad veins lol). I had the sweetest phlebotomist today (6/9) and I wish I would’ve gotten her name! She needs a raise asap.
I have some concerns in regards to identification. First off when I came to this location there was one patient in the back and another patient and myself waiting in the lobby, in which my wait time was 10 mins that turned into 30 mins. I understand there was only one phlebotomist working because the other one was on lunch.Now I am not a complainer,but there are some concerns about the phlebotomist that took care of me when she came back from lunch.
