Arrived at 9:10 for my appointment and was finally seen at 9:30am. There was a fellow dropping off a urine sample and was forced to sit in the waiting room for a considerable amount of time before someone came out to get a patient and he was told to make an appointment for another employee to come out and collect his sample. I find that totally absurd; he had to wait nearly half an hour for the sample to be collected. Not recommended! Employees are disengaged, disorganized and plainly rude. Will not use again.
Waited 40 minutes past appointment time . They had multiple people scheduled at the same time and only one phlebotomist. Unacceptable
Really clean, efficient, and pleasant (as much as it can be). I went with an appointment on a Saturday morning and my phlebotomist was quick and fairly gentle. Wait time was minimal.
