Waited 40 minutes past appointment time . They had multiple people scheduled at the same time and only one phlebotomist. Unacceptable
Really clean, efficient, and pleasant (as much as it can be). I went with an appointment on a Saturday morning and my phlebotomist was quick and fairly gentle. Wait time was minimal.
I wish I could give ZERO Stars!!! My Appointment time was 1 pm, not called in until 1:24 pm! WHY even bother making appointments? No pressure bandage available for bleeding while on blood thinners! Employee “Darya” stated, I should’ve bought my own! Really??? Now THAT is customer service! NOT!!! Won’t be going here ever again! Very sad service
I had a very positive experience at Quest Diagnostics. The staff were professional, courteous, and made the entire process quick and comfortable.
