Top notch!
The technician, Lay, was extremely professional in my care. Kind, welcoming and helpiful. Excellent skills in drawing multiple vials! All staff encountered right down to the security guard in the front were welcoming and kind.
The process was quick and easy and the technician was very professional. She responded to my questions and laughed at my joke. She was amazing.
The person working at the location was helpful and concerned but the orders from the requesting party takes forever to get to the location. Ochsner sent orders to Quest a week in advance and I had to wait an hour for them to reach the location for my blood draw.
