Terrible customer service. Missed the appointment by 40 mins, the lady didn't even try to help us. We said we can sit and wait for the walk in, she was like no walk ins so busy today. I said somebody may miss theirs too and we can go instead. She was like no never they all confirmed. It's impossible today. We close at 11 (it was 8:40 at the time). So yeah, it was all weird and rushed, ain't nice nobody tried to help
The nurse practitioner who helped my wife was extremely professional, helpful, and kind.
It took me a minute to find it, because it’s inside of Von store. But the actual facility is the cleanest quest diagnostics I’ve ever been into. And Rebecca, my phlebotomist, was fantastic! I would highly recommend this location.
