Wonderful location and great staff
I was there today at 7:01 am. standing in line at the kiosk behind 5 people. I had the first appointment booked for five months. the first appointment starts at 7:10am. At 7:04 am, the lady took the 7'30 am appointment back. I finally got checked in at 7:06 am. I book the flrst appointment because I have to go to work. I finally went back at 7:24 am. she should not take people back till everyone gets checked in. or she should ask does anyone standing in line have an appointment. I usually don't go to Quest because I've had terrible experiences at several other locations. However, I had to use Quest this time so I came to this location because of convenience. Can I say how glad I was to find this location and phlebotomist, Isaura? She was so kind, thorough, and gentle (I didn't even feel the needle). The entire visit was about 15 minutes. I will definitely be using this Quest office again in the future!
Fast service and she found my vein really fast considering my arms are covered with tattoos. Very good customer service.
